Students learn at their own pace, which means that fitness, strength, flexibility and endurance are developed gradually and naturally.

Aikido training is first and foremost a fun, aerobic and complete exercise. It promotes the integration of mind and body to achieve physical well-being. It also fosters personal growth and can be useful for developing spiritual or psychological integrity.

Classes are led by Simone Chierchini, a highly experienced Italian 5th Dan Aikido instructor who has been teaching this discipline since 1984.
